early reservation insufficient beds
the breakfast was acceptable.
the pool situation was frustrating. guests reserved sunbeds as early as 5am. the hotel did not have enough beds for all guests. i had to buy sun lounges to use at the beach.

good breakfast friendly staff cramped pool sunbed competition
The breakfast and dinner selections were quite good with plenty of choices. The staff showed really good friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel has a contemporary design and remains very clean.
I observed the pool area as really cramped. Securing sunbeds seemed ridiculously competitive. This led many to get up very early in order to reserve them. I think an hour is not a lot of time to be away from the sunbeds.

a romantic getaway!
friendly staff clean rooms helpful service
The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was super clean, and the rooms were modern and clean. breakfast and dinner were good. I hope to return soon! i especially loved the pool area, it had enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The front desk staff was very helpful too.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! there was such a great choice of delicious food. the food at both breakfast and dinner buffets was delicious, lots of variety with fresh fruits and vegetables available.

the room was spacious and very clean. the modern decor added a special touch to the room. the suite pool view provided lovely views and created a romantic ambience, so lovely.

The well-kept pool area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas! the hotel is very close to the beach. the spa offered amazing massages. The location is great too, so close to everything.

caring staff great air conditioning little surprise
the staff really cared. the hotel provided great air conditioning, especially welcome in the lobby. i loved the little surprises like harp players and drinks deals. i slept really well here.

the hotel has a spa, and i found it excellent. the hotel also offers free wifi in the rooms, which worked without issues. a spar supermarket is located opposite the hotel.

A week of pure bliss
friendly team perfect location delicious food
I found the team friendly. alba and jesus made my meals special, i enjoyed my meals with them. the hotel's location is perfect. I loved being so close to the sea. the food was delicious. It's a great location.
the pool area was sometimes crowded. securing a sunbed required an early wake-up, i noticed. this was a small inconvenience, easily overcome by enjoying the nearby beach. the beach makes things relaxing.
